Klare, schwach violette, niedrigviskose Lösung eines Acrylharzes in Methacrylsäuremethylester, welche nach Zusatz von ACRIFIX® CA 0020 polymerisiert. Fugenfüllend.

Anwendungsbereich:

Klebstoff besonders für innenliegende Kehlnähte (Vitrinenbau). Vorzugsweise zum Verkleben von Acrylglas (PMMA), insbesondere PLEXlGLAS® GS, PLEXIGLAS® XT oder Teilen aus PLEXIGLAS® Formmasse mit sich selbst. Auch geeignet für ABS, PC, PS, PVC-U, SAN und Holz. Die generelle Eignung für Werkstoffe außer PMMA ist

durch Vorversuche zu überprüfen. ACRIFIX® 2R 2019 ist fugenfüllend. Die ausgehärteten Klebnähte sind glatt und nahezu farblos.

ACRIFIX CA 0020 / Härter für 2-Komponenten Polymerisationsklebstoffe auf Methylmethacrylat-Basis, z.B. ACRIFIX® 2R 0190, ACRIFIX® 2R 0195, ACRIFIX® 2R 1200 und ACRIFIX® 2R 2019.

Klare, farblose bis leicht gelbliche, niedrigviskose Flüssigkeit.

Anwendungsbereich:

Härter-Zusatz (vorzugsweise 3 %) für 2-Komponenten ACRIFIX® Polymerisationsklebstoffe auf Basis Methylmetacrylat, z.B. ACRIFIX® 2R 0190, ACRIFIX® 2R 0195, ACRIFIX® 2R 1200 und ACRIFIX® 2R 2019.
